The Red Bull Nordics journey started in 2008 with the business consolidation and turn around for the Swedish and Finnish markets, especially in developing the Swedish market to the key volume driver for the region. In 2009 the breakthrough came with opening the new markets and subsidiaries in Norway and Denmark (and setting up Iceland via a strong distribution partner).
Analyzing the right route to market strategies; founding subsidiaries and developing lean but strong organizations and continuously developing long term oriented business plans is driving the Nordics. Essential for my work is to drive a value orientated business strategy, benefitting consumers and customers as well as developing our people.
The Nordics are still a market full of opportunities and growth potentials. With an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and creativity I like to give wings to the Nordics.
